You can cancel your booking up to 15 days before your arrival at no charge. After this point we reserve the right to retain the deposit, that can then be used for a future stay with us! We only kep the full deposits with no flexibility or midification for no-shows.

If you prefer, yes. Your card details are taken for security in case of damage or theft.

Can you organise wine tasting tours and/or city tours of Pisa, Lucca, Florence etc.?
Certainly, we’d be glad to.

No, there is no public transport to speak of in the area, a car is more or less essential.
